This film is surprisingly heartwarming and has some truly touching moments.

It tells the classic tale of a young Yautja embarking on his first significant hunt to earn his place within the tribe.

He chooses to venture to a planet known for its notoriously vicious creature, a place from which no other Predator has ever returned.

What he discovers is a landscape reminiscent of Ghibli's enchanting worlds, filled with a variety of creatures and plants that test young Dek and his companion, a mostly humanoid robot sent by Weyland-Yutani to collect specimens for their bioweapons program.

The film is packed with humor, cleverness, light-heartedness, limbs being torn apart, and outstanding special effects throughout.

It's an enjoyable experience. In fact, it's far more entertaining than any other recent Xeno-Verse release.

Even your friends who aren't familiar with the franchise will find joy in this film, just as much as those of us who have watched every other installment multiple times.
