Examples are all around us, especially in our friends. Chances are, if you continue to hang around someone or keep in touch with them; there is a quality they possess that you can learn from -
We interviewed a good friend of ours (SHEI PHAN) to get more insight on all of the time effort and dedication she puts into her craft (ART). To see her grow and to watch her dreams become a reality has been such an honor, it is a great reminder that it doesn't happen over night.

It's safe to say procrastination is a part of human nature. It's a learned behavior we observe since we are children. Therefore it's no surprise how weaved in it is in our everyday life.

Whether it's time to do laundry or balance out a check book, we develop stopping strategies to prevent us and simultaneously make us feel good for not doing what we set out to do. Unfortunately this reward feels good for a moment before turning into guilt for not following through.

Through awareness we can see the patterns associated with our stopping strategies therefore we can develop counter strategies. Take a listen as we discuss our stopping strategies as well as how we do our best to counter them.
