Dr. Reese Patterson has written many coping manuels for different types of cancer, and he has Fed-Exed copies to patients all over the word after they have contacted him.  He does all this at his own expense.  He does not own a computer, and so all his material is hand-written, or reprints from his published articles. Dr. Patterson is genius, albeit a very humble one.
