Before New carriers can run loads for a broker, they will need to complete a carrier packet. This packet generally includes the carrier's profile, a broker-carrier agreement, a carrier insurance certificate (brokers will also provide their certificate of insurance), a copy of the carrier's operating authority, and W-9.
Some brokers use the same platform for carrier onboarding, which means that once you fill it out, you won't need to do it again. However, not all brokers use this platform, so brokers should be ready to fill out many carrier packets at the beginning as quickly as possible. You won't receive trip details until you're onboarded, and sometimes loads need to be picked up by a specific time, so be quick!
Hey there! Keep in mind that the list we provide may not include all the companies accepting new authorities. Companies change their policies all the time, so what's valid today may not be so tomorrow, and vice versa. However, there might be some exceptions every now and then, so stay alert!
We offer full trucking authority packages to make the launching of your trucking company business go more smoothly. The Department of Transportation regulates safety so doing it right in the begging is very important.
