Today’s episode with Karim is about one of the things that we mostly think about, whenever we are meeting someone new or about ourselves is:
Whether we are extroverts or introverts?
And which one is good being an extrovert is good or being an introvert is better. What about the ambivert, and when it comes to people classification whether again ourselves or our clients or people that we are meeting and dealing with them every day based on their behavior
We can identify what type of people they are; we're going to explore today with Karim which one is better?
Which one is better for us as a coach, which is better to be as an introvert, as an extrovert, or as an ambivert?

Introvert people are the people who recharging themselves by spending time alone reflecting alone, time sitting on the beach or writing, or the areas with less noise where they need to recharge themselves.
This is how they feel comfortable, and this is how they re-fuel, so they can have a better life after, better work or better relations with others.
Extrovert people, they're totally the opposite because they recharge themselves by socializing. the more they are with the crowd the better they feel. they feel better when they are within a crowd.
Introvert people take their time before making decisions. even if they're taking a small decision
In terms of interactions, introvert people, when they're ln one to one with someone, they listen more, you find them focusing, listening. They spend less time talking and they're more into listening,
The extrovert people are speaking more. they are the loud people. If you noticed someone in an area who was loud speaking. Those are the extrovert people.
Coaching, starting point is not the date of signing the contract, the real coaching is going to start from the time you reach a high level of connection with your client, with the group, or within an organization,
An ambivert is an area in the spectrum.
An ambivert is in the middle when someone is not an extrovert and not an introvert, this is the area that we call the ambivert.
The ambivert is that area in the spectrum that will allow us to be flexible with both sides.
Flexibility is key here. understanding those concepts is with extreme importance for coaches so that they can take their business to another level and connect more with their clients and gain them
