Conversationalist, connector, content creator, mental health advocate, CEO, co-owner of a TV network oh, and did I mention that she’s a whole vibe? I’m talking about Ms. Nicole Everett.
Bringing her back was a must because it’s time to remove the invisible “mask,” aka “imposter syndrome.”
In this episode, Ms. Nicole shares how she defines the syndrome and the four phases it can cause if we’re not connected to our true selves. One phase focuses on how we’re guilty of acting like we have it all together on social media when in actuality, who we are behind the scenes and on the screen aren’t matching up.
Our guest notes that it’s time to self-reflect for us to acknowledge and accept our worthiness, value, and importance as we strive to share our gifts and talents with others.
