Phoenix Film Festival 2018 has upped its foreign film game this year. With so many strong entries it's hard to know what to pick. But we're both glad we decided to see "Die Beste Aller Welten" -- or "The Best of All Worlds." Like an Austrian version of "The Florida Project" we found this film touching, funny, and heartrending all at once.
