In 2012 I bought our first drone to take aerial photography of a luxury ocean front listing, the response we got was overwhelming and before I knew it, realtors in my office were asking me to take the same aerial pictures for them. In an era where visually appealing content is king, the opportunity was clear as day and thus Above Media was born. Today, Above Media has evolved into a end to end media production house that empowers realtors with the tools and knowledge they need to grow their influence, impact, and income with online video. The real estate industry is at a pivotal point in time. Companies like Zillow, Redfin, and many other online platforms are poised to start taking massive market share. I truly believe nothing compares to the relationship built over a handshake, however the internet has fundamentally changed the way buyers and sellers approach their real estate needs. Above Media is on a mission to educate every realtor on how they can compete with Zillow by leveraging social media and online video to grow their business. As Real Estate professionals We need to stay at the forefront of technology, why you ask? Well the co-founder of Expedia...he also happens to also be the co-founder of Zillow. Think about it.

Shane and Lizzie Martinez, married since 2012, have truly lived the fitness lifstyle together. Starting as personal trainers at a Planet Fitness, Shane and Lizzie saved up enough money to open their own gym in 2011, a boutique personal training gym called New You Fitness. They started in a small warehouse, then expanded to a shopping center and did very well. In 2016, Shane and Lizzie rebranded their gym and expanded to a bigger location and made it into an open gym now called Sun City Athletic Club. They run the gym while personal training their clients along with 12 other personal trainers.

On the side Shane and Lizzie have made a career with fitness modeling and bodybuilding, being published in magazines and winning multiple shows. They also run a local fitness festival/expo every year called the LiveFitEP Fitness Festival with 5 live sporting events. Lizzie is an IFBB Professional bikini competitor and a BSN Supplements sponsored athlete. Together they love to share their passion for health & fitness all around the world and help as many people as possible to Live Fit.
