In this episode, I'm walking you through three body-based ways to tell the difference between intuition and anxiety — even when they show up in the same place. We'll cover why they feel identical, the three tells your intuition gives you that your anxiety never will, and the one question to ask yourself before any real decision.

Whispering Woods: Roots of Wisdom is a weekly gathering with evolutionary astrologer and tarot guide Tammy-Lyn Hernandez, for women in the middle of a reinvention a new chapter, a new identity, a life that no longer fits the old one. Each week she uses the sky, the cards, and your own chart not to predict your future, but to show you what’s already true about you, and what’s asking to come forward next.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about trusting yourself.
Some weeks it’s an identity teaching. Some weeks a single tarot card, taught so you can read it for yourself. Some weeks it’s your natal chart, or the month ahead in the sky framed as what it reveals about who you’re becoming. And once a month, it’s your questions, answered on the show.
You don’t need to become someone else. You’re uncovering who you already are.
