A must listen tell all episode! Welcome again to the Buddhist Gemini podcast! Today I am speaking about the White education system, and my experience in it. I speak on the conditioning of white people from an early age, and the shame that is often experienced to go against the grain of the white educational system, and "white consciousness" as a whole. I go into detail of how I have used my Buddhist spiritual practice to help heal myself, my educational/psychological conditioning, and most importantly white shame.
