Is it possible for one small gland in your body to make or break your business?

My thyroid blew up my business in all the undesirable ways in 2023 so that I could learn to heal it and have my blow up (in the best way) in 2024.
These were dark and testing days, weeks and months but it revealed even deeper truths about what I needed to address and fix in my body so that I could hold more in my business.
