We must be carful to not let our traditions and activities get in the way of why we truly celebrate Christmas.

There are many traditions that surround Christmas, but do we know the history behind its date, the tree, the guy in a red suit and the gifts? More importantly, are we focusing on Christ this time of year? His birth is worth celebrating, but let's be sure to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

The Christmas time can be a season of craziness for many of us. We will look at 4 examples from the Bible of people who were not prepared for the arrival of the Lord.

No where is it easier to lose faith in our lives then in extreme, extended suffering. How does one suffer and remain faithful?

Hard times are the litmus test to see how we are growing in our lives of faith. We shouldn't fear hard times, we should embrace them.

Work is the largest category of our life in which we never incorporate our faith. We must learn to do otherwise.

Prayer is talking to our unseen God. It is an absolutely essential component to a life of faith and to extending the Kingdom of God.

We must fully intend on encountering Jesus when we open the scriptures. He is the Author and the One who be using the scriptures to transform us.
