Bernice is the founder of Raising Racial Consciousness and writes and delivers programmes for practitioners and coaches, leaders and allies to deepen practice and challenge whiteness. We talk about whiteness in the institution, in coaching and in therapeutic spaces and the importance of inner race work for people practising in these fields.
