A friend asked me the other day, "Who are you? What do I tell people you do if they ask?" We laughed and then I asked google who apparently believes that I'm a "transformational development speaker," whatever that means.  I thought about it though, why am I letting a search engine or others define who I am? We have to define that for ourselves.
