Whew!! 2026 is going to be a whirlwind. In thinking about what I need to do to become better in this year and make it different than last year, I came to the conclusion that I need to drop certain things I did in 2025 and adopt new traits. Im growing in who I am to make sure I hit all my goals and then some in this new year.
When it comes to the new nutrition guidelines, 1.2g/kg of bodyweight is equal to .54g/lbs of bodyweight. So if you weigh 150 lbs, generally you should be getting about 81g of protein a day. If you are more active, you'll definitely need more. And I can help you with that!
In order for expansion and other growth, we have to adopt comfort with discomfort. We have to drop all insecurity and imposter syndromes and move forward with confidence and compassion to ourselves!
