Who Am I

This is from the book - The Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work- by John Gottman-PHD., and Nan Silver. This is about The Four Horseman of a divorce.

I am going to continue reading from this book. It is helping me and I hope it does for you aswell.

Nothing more…..last episode

In this episode-I give a fairly brief explanation of how I grew up as a child into The Christian Following/and then was lead down a path of self reliance into individualism. And the best part of the episode is some details in a “Dream” I had a couple of weeks ago. It’s been sometime since I’ve made a recording, but this has been heavy on my heart and with everything going on today..I indulge into “Which do we follow?”… Join Me/and Judge me as some will. I hope someone can benefit from this. And if not..Well then. 🖤

It’s been some time since I spoke on anything with -Who am I-…But hang with me and share your thoughts 💭…Time is short…are we making it worth while? Because You and I are replaceable.

Life rips. (Chris) but we have to keep moving forward. Thanks for tuning in.

I Love You….

Let’s not be a waste of who we are…Focus on becoming who you want to be. Not like Him or Her…But you.
