Hi I'm Lea McAuliffe, the creator of Wellbeing Habits. I am a qualified nutritionist and my aim is to simplify nutrition and clear the clutter in a world with so much information about what you ‘should and shouldn’t eat’.

Im not all about nutrition I also hope to delve into other ways you can nurture your body from the inside out. In todays episode I’d love to share with you where my love of food and healthy eating comes from and to confess it wasn’t always this way. We will also discuss ways I choose to include healthy options into my family meals.  And finally id like to cover how I bring it altogether and where I shop to make my budget go further.
