Adventures With Jesus, Today

Who are you BEing?

Listen Later

“Who do they think they are?”

We’ve all said this in a moment of frustration with a person who really seems to be acting way too big for their boots.

As I sat talking with my husband about a situation just like this, He reminded me that Jesus is both Kings of Kings AND He washed people’s feet.

So here’s where the marked difference is between earthly ways and God’s ways.

We can think more highly of ourselves than we ought (Rom 12:3), because we often attach our sense of importance to what we do, instead of who we be.

Jesus knew who He was – whether demons were cowering in the fear of Him, or He was sitting laughing with His disciples. His circumstances didn’t dictate to Him, they obeyed Him.

As you listen to or watch this week’s episode you will have the opportunity to TRULY know where your personal power comes from. (Hint: it’s not where you think)
