We offer straight talk about dealing with mental health, trauma, including PTSD, anxiety and depression and much more. While we will be talking quite a bit about first responders, this will be for anyone who wants some frank discussion about mental health. It’s time to get rid of the stigma. Hosted by long-time first responders and lifelong friends, it’s full of heart and humor.
