You support other people, so who supports you?

This episode is a shout out to all my coaches who are busy developing others, and may not feel they have time to develop themselves. This isn't just limited to coaches, but anyone who is helping making other peoples dreams happen, including teachers, leaders, and entrepreneurs. In order to keep your momentum, you will need to be better at detecting your warning signs of reverting back to your old ways. I'll review my canaries in the coal mine to help you try to articulate your own, and what to do about it.
