Did Jesus come to save those who are perfect, or for a sinner like me?
Why did Jesus allow himself to suffer?

We looked at several scriptures (i.e., 1 Timothy 2:1-4; Romans 5:6-8) to confirm Jesus died for all of us, even while we were sinners. That’s how great His love is.
Did Jesus know there would be suffering in sacrifice? Again, we found that He knew what was to come, and did it anyway (see John 1:1-4; 10:10-30; 14:6-7) so that when Jesus arose, we would have opportunity for eternal life.
