What exactly is the value of the people who play/work in your space? What’s your value in their space? Ouch!

At some point, all of us humans will do the soul searching and decide if the people we are doing life with it are it or how much waste it was of those times we could have walked away to some places better but didn’t. Better early, I believe, to move when you can easily deal with the weight of those spaces than much later in life, wishing you had chosen you before all else.
