We all believe lies about identity at some level. We do so for some really good reasons. Primarily to protect us. But what if instead of protecting us, those lies are crushing us with false hope and imprisoning us with lies and limitations we were never meant to endure? Ephesians 1:1-14 speaks to the truth of our identity in Christ and it is this truth - and only this truth - that gives us freedom from our sin, the expectations of others, and the lies that have been spoken over us.
