Life After Death attempts to explore, and come to terms with the trauma and heartbreak of losing a loved one to a place of peace.My mum died a year ago. It was the worst year of my life, a year of heartbreak trauma that sent me spiralling into previously unfamiliar depths of misery. But it has also been a journey of retrospection and of discovery; of myself, Mum and life. I share it as much as a salute to Mum but also so that the listener, maybe with their own lives torn apart, may also find a measure of comfort.In this podcast I will share my experiences, heartaches and what wisdom I have discovered as well as some of the “next steps” that follow a death.
