  • Is ’Andor’ going to rule?

On the 131st episode of the WhoDatJedi podcast, your hosts -- Aaron Svoboda (@Aaron_Svoboda), Alfredo Narvaez (@NOLA_Fredo) and David Gladow (@davegladow) -- recap the latest news from D23 (including the footage from Season 3 of "The Mandalorian") -- before turning their attention to previewing the new Disney+ series "Andor," which premieres next week. The group gets you caught up on the history of the characters, where you should go to if you'd like to do any homework (beyond "Rogue One" of course), what we can possibly expect from the series, and what we can figure out from the trailers and footage we've seen. On this, the 129th episode of the WhoDatJedi podcast, your hosts -- Aaron Svoboda (@Aaron_Svoboda), Alfredo Narvaez (@NOLA_Fredo) and David Gladow (@davegladow) -- talk a little beer to celebrate the return of Oktoberfest to store shelves, but then get down to business in naming their picks for the most underrated movies, scenes, and characters in Star Wars. • Do some scenes ”ruin” Star Wars ... and which ones?

It's the 128th episode of the WhoDatJedi podcast! This week, your hosts -- Aaron Svoboda (@Aaron_Svoboda), Alfredo Narvaez (@NOLA_Fredo) and Dave Gladow (@davegladow) -- dive into a couple of Stars Wars lists that recently dropped and also talk about "Andor" and "Rogue One," though mostly just to gush over them. As for the lists, the crew compares notes on non-Star Wars appearances of lightsabers (some of which you can definitely guess) before diving into the meat of the episode: what scenes "ruined" Star Wars for fans. Obviously, they take issue with the term "ruin" at the outset, but they also look closer at the scenes that made the top ten and offer up suggestions of their own. Do you have a scene that kills Star Wars for you? Let us hear about it!

On the 127th episode of the WhoDatJedi podcast, your hosts -- Aaron Svoboda (@Aaron_Svoboda), Alfredo Narvaez (@NOLA_Fredo) and David Gladow (@davegladow) -- provide a brand new commentary track for the original "Star Wars," aka "A New Hope." The group covers all the main points, such as how groundbreaking the film was, what the creative influences were, and just how successful the movie remains today at what it sets out to do. They also talk about how the movie reads differently now in the wake of all of the other content that has come along in the ensuing years ... particularly the new "Obi-Wan Kenobi" series.
