My names Tia Miers, I am a qualified Naturopath (BHSc) and owner of the Whole Health Studio and this is Whole Health Podcast.
I completed a Bachelor of Health Science that specialised in herbal and nutritional medicine. I have been in clinical practice now for 8 years now, Whole Health Studio was born out of my passion for helping people achieve optimum health.
With my clinic being at capacity and my focus shifting to my product range, I am not consulting as much as what I once did so I wanted to use the podcast as a tool to connect with you girls and share the information that I used to share in my clinic on a daily basis.
The podcast will be less serious than the consult room because I don’t want this to feel like a lecture, but the episodes will be jam packed with information about different health conditions.
