By now you’ve all heard about my health journey a bazillion times, but I want to take you back to one year ago. I was 50 lbs heavier. My hips could barely fit in an airplane seat. I couldn’t keep up with my kids. I was buying larger and larger sizes in clothes. I was constantly trying to shrink myself. Every single year “I will get to my goal weight” was on my resolutions. And I’d achieve every other goal I set for myself. My weight was the only thing I couldn’t seem to conquer. So I started my journey by changing what I ate.
