In this episode of the P2P Podcast, I interview Ted Hanik on sharing his knowledge on how we can overcome self sabotage and see the version of ourselves. We unpack this large subject of how you can begin decoding your perception to see more clearly, letting go of fear and scarcity. Ted gives practical tools we can use to begin this process and become the master of our mind.
Ted has had a lifelong passion for truth and discovery.
In his early life he pursued the arts and had a strong passion for animation and drawing. Ted animated professionally on ‘The Simpsons’, earning an Emmy for his contribution on the show. He was never happy with his achievements and the narrative in his head was always, ‘you aren’t good enough’. Ted has always looked for the next mountain to climb, achievement to fulfill, or challenge to tackle - looking, seeking and striving for perfection – the valiant struggler.
Disappointment, overwhelm, resentment and stress became Ted's autonomic response to life. Morning coffee, hard-core Crossfit routine, and weekend benders were all fitting decorations for a master self saboteur.
Ted embarked on a path of holistic health, removing coffee, changed his diet and began to learn the truth about what creates optimal health. Ted's passion led to becoming certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner and ultimately towards coaching others to reach their true potential. He found that clients had real challenges around implementing protocols that he would give them. The inquiry into 'why' led Ted toward the subconscious mind and self sabotage. The topic of the subconscious mind and self sabotage is one that Ted is passionate about because the results are immediate and instantaneous. Ted now primarily focuses on coaching people on the root of why they do what they do, mind control, subconscious reprogramming and having an abundant mindset.
