Mergoddess reflects on her National Championship meet in Charlotte.  Embodiment of wholeness, facing fears and surrendering to the highest outcome for all.  When we clear out the old in our body, the new emerges, much brighter and filled with so much love.  We can embrace every moment as a catapult to the next.  Fear is an illusion created from our mind, by past experiences trying to become the future.  Accepting and allowing what is present creates magic to unfold.  Listen in for some nuggets of wisdom.
