Today we discover the necessity of conviction as it comes from the Lord in Proverbs chapter 3 verses 9-12. Understanding that God loves us and wants us to have lives which honor Him and are a blessing to those around us. Receiving correction is never easy, but this is important for us for we know we would be led astray if it were not for His love and correction to our paths in this life. Then we venture to verses 13-18 and find that God’s Word received is better than silver, but His Word understood is worth more than gold.
