This thing called life can be stressful and confusing, we often want to do the good/best thing but we just don’t know what to do and where to start. So I created this podcast for anyone like me, trying to figure out life and someone of the practices/techniques that can help with. We will laugh, cry, celebrate, but ultimately in the end I hope we will all learn to love this thing called OUR life. The journey won’t be easy, but your not alone!
