In order to know how to address your parents who want to continue watching, caring for their grandchild, grandchildren can be a tricky task. A challenge or sometimes a great feat! Especially when met with feelings of hurt by the grandparent, grandparents. All because it's time for the child or children to come home.

You must set clear boundaries by first expressing your wants, needs and most importantly, your feelings when it comes to your child or children. You must also express to the grandparents that a child or children's stay is not a permanent one.

You should as well address their feelings and insecurities, and work on a plan for future visits that satisfies everyone. 

Many adults, don't do well when it comes to aging. It's far better to blend in with the younger counterparts... than to be the older, odd ones out.

Over-stepping boundaries as a grandparent or grandparents, can end up causing It's own host of family problems.
