It seems a summer holiday has got us in the mood for talking about alcohol and its powerful role in aussie culture. We chat about alcohol's historical context, the anthropology of pub culture and its political implications. Scatted with a few of our own little anecdotes, we explore rituals and traditions of drinking. We chat to some of our sober friends and discuss the push against their choices and unpack why this happens.
