Why Alignment Can Feel Scary After Survival Mode

Listen Later

In this episode, I talk about what really happens when you pray for alignment and mean it.Alignment doesn’t always feel calm at first. Sometimes it feels fast. Things start falling away without a fight. People, habits, and situations that no longer fit begin to move on, and instead of resisting, you surrender. You trust the process. You trust divine timing. After the pruning comes the growth. And that part can be both fascinating and scary. When you’ve spent years living in survival mode, alignment can feel too good to be true. Ease feels unfamiliar. Momentum feels out of your control because it is. You are no longer trying to manage everything yourself. You are allowing the Holy Spirit to move, and He can do far more than we could ever conceptualize. The fear doesn’t come from God’s inability. It comes from our own limitations, our own conditioning, and what we’re used to carrying. God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly, even when our faith is still catching up.In this video, I talk about: • How alignment accelerates life • Why pruning is part of the process • Why growth can feel uncomfortable after survival mode • The pressure to conform or perform when things start going well • The importance of staying grounded and surrounding yourself with good people • Stewarding the gifts you’ve been given instead of rushing the outcomeIf you’ve been praying for alignment, this is a reminder that this is how things are supposed to work. Good things are coming. Stay rooted. Stay obedient. Stay true to what got you here.Follow me on Instagram for continued reflections and behind-the-scenes thoughts:Instagram: @kerahspeaksDisclaimer: I am not a therapist or a mental health professional.
