  • To reduce interference with her sex drive, her doctor (third one to speak with about PMDD) recommended only using it Days 18-28 (for sure) and Days 1-7 (if needed). 
  • Her doctor claims this has worked well for many of his patients.
  • She takes it in the morning.
  • When she's taken it in the evening, she woke at 2 a.m. and had a hard time getting back to sleep.
