Greetings all! I am still reading through the book, Living Sober. Today I started out by reading part 2 but it was pretty short so I added on part 3. This sections discuss not drinking that first drink, and just having the goal of not picking up that first drink, and just not drinking for 24-hours. Greetings all! So a long time ago, back during COVID, I started this YouTube page to help my own sobriety during that time and hopefully help others. I read through the AA Big Book everyday, and then I started reading other books, from other perspectives on how to get sober. So, I thought I would start doing that again as well. She and I go back to my years a college, which was a difficult time for me. Barbara and I worked together for a little, and she was my boss for a time. We reconnected after I got sober and she shared her sober status with me. I'm so thankful she has come on to join the library of stories. Enjoy!
