People always say, "I'll start Monday" or "I'll start after my son's wedding..." and I just can't wrap my head around why someone would be sick longer than they have to. How much longer do you want to live in this misery. Be willing to start NOW. There's always going to be something else coming up. If you are serious about taking your life back, you will start today. You won't wait for the perfect timing because it will never come. You'll only find excuses every time. Based on our experiences in Code Red, waiting just postpones the inevitable. And we can only question your motivation and commitment if you are waiting.
