Canadians with an LTE signal were scheduled to begin receiving emergency alerts via their cellphones this week. However, plenty of phones failed to buzz.  Have all of the bugs been fixed?  Martin Belanger is the director of public alerting at Pelmorex, the organization involved with the alert system.  He joined Kelly Cutrara with an update.
