Why Being Hopeful Helps with Anxiety!
Hello and welcome to today's podcast episode of Get Real with The English Sisters, where we chat about the human race and our innate capacity for hope.  As a species, humans have a remarkable ability to look beyond present circumstances and imagine a better future. We have faced numerous challenges throughout history, yet we continue to press on, adapting and overcoming obstacles in pursuit of a brighter tomorrow. It is important to remember this when we are feeling anxious.

It's easy to feel like your life doesn't matter if you're suffering from anxiety. It's also possible to feel like your anxiety is holding you back, and it's important to remember that feeling anxious is completely normal, even healthy.

Being hopeful can help with your anxiety by helping you fight against negative thoughts, which helps you have some breathing room.  This allows room for new positive thoughts! The more hope you have, the more you will be able to deal with your anxiety and the more empowered you become!
