If you are new here, my name is Alexis! I'm a mom of (almost) three kiddos and a parenting coach. After hitting rock bottom with postpartum rage, I was able to find joy and happiness in in motherhood again. It's become my mission to help parents show up with peace even in the most challenging moments with their children.
On my channel you will find encouragement through overwhelm, burnout, and overstimulation as a stay-at-home mom, slow living with kids, overcoming postpartum and mom rage, stoping anxiety, mom guilt and shame, how to regulate your nervous system, and a little bit of (real life) motherhood inspiration in between.
In this video I share about: why being present feels so hard as a mom, why I can’t be present with my child, why my nervous system won’t relax as a mom, how to be more present with your kids as a mom, how to enjoy motherhood again, how to slow down and be present with your kids, motherhood feels harder than expected, reconnecting with yourself as a mother.
