Kayley Harris speaks to AMA President Steve Robson about the flaws in the government's rebate.  Robson says It's flawed as the government rebate doesn't cover costs for doctors. 

This is due to substantial increase in cost for running the practice and constraints on our resources while Medicare rebate has barely increased in the past 10 years.
