Google Ads call extensions approved but not showing in result, okay so, not every time your extensions will show up. Google only shows out of the four ads at the top. Google will only show maybe one or the top two ads with the extensions.

The only way you can get the extensions triggered is by having a higher ad rank than your competitors and that's the only way you be able to see your extensions popping up in on your ads. So, make sure that you have got a good ad rank, your bidding aggressively and you got a good landing page experience.
