Gary Hardgrave believes that society deserves to know the names of youth offenders who are found guilty of crimes.

Hardgrave stated, "These kids have gone off the rails, and the village may raise the child, but the village wants them punished."

"I know the convention has been that they're minors and they need to be protected, but who is going to protect us from them?" Hardgrave continued.
