Last week we got insider info on how to land a job at Chick-fil-A from Susan Carnes, an account executive with Cooper Connect. Her job is to scout talent specifically for Chick-fil-A locations.

This week Susan dives into the revolutionary methods that make Chick-fil-A bosses the best, including servant leadership. It's the reason why it's not unusual to see bosses picking up trash in the parking lots or clean toilets. She also explains how these leaders keep their staff motivated with things like complimentary massages, free cars and cash bonuses.

The American Consumer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report 2019-2020 reveals that Chickfila is No. 1 among quick-service restaurants, based on quality, value and customer expectations. But experts say that's all a trickle down effect from great leadership.
