Vegetarianism is adopted for various reasons. Many people object to eating meat out of respect for other life creatures.

Or for ethical reasons like various religious beliefs as well as religious convictions and animal rights advocacy.


Concerns about animal welfare or the use of antibiotics and hormones in livestock, or a desire to eat in a way that avoids excessive use of environmental resources.

One of the biggest  motivations for vegetarianism is health-related. 

Many studies agree that a vegetarian diet can offer a range of health benefits. Studies show that a vegan or vegetarian diet may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and various types of cancer.

In most cases, vegetarian diets are beneficial in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, renal disease and dementia, as well as diverticular disease, gallstones and rheumatoid arthritis.
