People want to feel like they’re a part of something. That’s where community comes in. Why do you think we live in neighborhoods and cities? We want to be around each other. You fly over the US and realize how much land there is then you see all the houses bunched together? It’s human nature to seek and build community. The best brands and best businesses build community.

Creating community is a much needed skill in this world. If you can create community you are building an asset that pays way more dividends than just $. Community also lasts. It’s sticky.
