Why did God create the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil? [Genesis 2:1-17] | 09.10.23 Weekend Message
When you hear the word "WORK" what thoughts go through your mind?
Do you have a negative reaction? Do you possibly think of a job that you hate that you wish you could quit?
Or do you have a positive reaction? Perhaps you think of a favorite painter who produces a work of art that you admire and enjoy.
This weekend at CrossWalk Church in Phoenix, we starting a new message series entitled "God's Calling For My Life". We will take a look at the work God calls us to do in our lives. For our message this week we are going back to the beginning. We will look at Genesis 2 and consider both God's work and ours.
Two of God's most impressive works of art are creation and salvation. And we will see how he uses both of these masterpieces to bring joy and meaning to the work that we do.
Getting to church this Sunday might seem like work, but by the time you leave, our goal is that you will see that it is a privilege.
