I know I’ve talked about how diets can affect us physically, but I haven’t really chatted about how they set us up to fail mentally and emotionally as well.
It is not about depriving ourselves, friends. And we shouldn’t feel like we are struggling when it comes to food! It’s important to identify your WHY, what will help you reach your health goals so that you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. Diets are not the answer.
