We've been discussing different Character structures over the past couple weeks.  Today I will be talking about the Character structure of Integration.  Deficiencies in this show up as a lack of capacity for negative realities.  As we dive into it today, I hope it brings YOU more aware of the places in you that may need some strengthening.
