It seems like once a week i see a post on my FB feed that says "Men have to suffer in silence".  At one point I identified with this post but now that I've been healing and growing I learned that Men, or anyone for that matter, do not have to suffer in silence!  That is a lie and we don't have to live in it anymore.  Whether you believe it or not tap in to this episode and see for yourself just how we can escape this toxic narrative!
